Trick Inquisitor Luliu

During the fight, lure Inquisitor Luliu toward the ledge as shown above. To trick him, you have to run around the area multiple times until he follows and gets stuck.

When you do this correctly, some of his soldiers will also be stuck on the ledge with him.

Kill the Inspector

Once Luliu is trapped, you can safely dodge his major attacks and deal damage while keeping distance. You will also be able to run away and heal if your health bar gets low.
