How To Care for Your Goat in Cowboy Life Simulator
Caring for your goat is just one of several linked mini-quests under the Ghost Whisperer quest by John Gorsky.

After accepting the quest, the first step is to read the Animal Husbandry Handbook: Buildings via the Inventory Menu. You can now proceed to building a barn.
How to Build an Animal Home in Cowboy Life Simulator

To build a barn, access the Build tab and select Animal on the new window.
Select Animal Home to place the building’s blueprint on the ground. After placing the blueprint, place some wall blueprints to prevent the goat from roaming outside its barn.

Next, collect logs of wood to start building the barn.
Feeding Rack and Trough

The next step is to build a feeding rack and trough for your goat. Both structures are wooden, so that you can repeat the same procedure for the Animal Home.
Once both are built, ensure to fill them up with straw and water. As you progress in the game, you will unlock better animal feed.
Care for your Goat

Finally, assign a goat to the Animal Home. You will have to interact with the Wrangler’s Barn sign hanging by the side of the building. Aside from feeding your goat, you can also move close to the goat to pet it.
Tip: While assigning the goat, you will receive an option to rename it at the bottom of the screen.
Now you know how to get a goat and care for it in Cowboy Life Simulator.
