After a year of constant updates, Survive the Nights Version 1.0 is out with loads of changes to the gameplay and tons of bug fixes. And, according to the developers, players can expect even faster fixes and patches with the beta phase officially over.
That said, here’s everything the developers will do after Survive the Nights 1.0 update.
Things Developers Will Do After 1.0 Release in Survive the Nights

Survive the Nights is a post-apocalyptic zombie horror survival game that delivers a unique spin on the genre. Instead of focusing on combat, crafting, or insane graphics, the game is all about base defense and loot collection.
Either by building and defending a base with other players or trying your luck in the true offline solo mode, there is something for everyone.
New Content and Maintenance Updates
The developers, through the Steam page, announced they are working on rolling out new content into the game.
Some of the new content coming out in the 1.0 update includes a new map location, a fully functional dam and power station, and hardcore and casual difficulty levels, among others.
Essentially, every new content, bug fixes, and patches will be heavily influenced by community feedback.
Modding

The impact of modders on the growth of a game is hard to overlook. According to the recent patch notes, the developers, Survive the Nights, now have a modding suite.
With this suite, players can create and install their own content in the game, recalibrate and redesign any asset they want without compromising the game’s basic foundation.
TIP: You can even download mods right now by accessing the game’s Workshop tab on the Steam page.
Now you know what to expect after Version 1.0 in Survive the Nights. The full patch notes on the new changes in the game will be available on the game’s official Steam page on December 14th.
